This organization does incredible work but their online presence didn't reflect that - my task was to give the audience of staff, donors, and program alumni multiple opportunities to engage and encourage them to make donations.
What I Did
I developed a robust content strategy which included posts that inspire, educate, and entertain audience members who engage with the organization in very different ways.
Results
Through maintaining a consistent posting schedule, I increased the organization's Facebook page reach by 66%, Twitter profile views by 25%, and LinkedIn engagement by 400+%.

What I Did
I hosted two 2-hour workshops that trained the team on developing audience insights and measuring their content performance.
Results
The team runs active Instagram and TikTok channels with youth-centric content that resonates with their audience.
